Discussion
'Who speaks, sows; Who listens, reaps.' ~ Discussion is a critical part of a project. We will listen to you, listen to your expectations for the site and what you want it to achieve. We will advise you in all areas relating to design, usability, content management and deployment.
Define
At this point we create site flow charts, design mock-ups or wireframes, database structures, function diagrams and workflow, storyboards and flow diagrams, defined functions of the website, database schemas and code development requirements. We can also write up the copy for the site or edit existing copy.
Design
This is when the look and feel of the site begins to take real shape, when our design team will refine layouts agreed from the earlier stage in the process. This involves getting back to the client regularly with ideas and designs, at which point the client can highlight areas or chop and change aspects they are unsure about.
Develop
The team code up the site as outlined in the previous stages in the process. Using valid standards compliant mark-up we will integrate the designed layouts into the content management system that best suits you. Through project management we will keep you informed at each stage of the development process.
Deploy
We don't just build your site and close the door. We know websites need monitoring and refinement so they can continue to reach their intended audience. Through clean design and standards compliant coding practices, coupled with keywords and descriptions, we will ensure your site is SEO ready. Should you wish to outsource SEO management we will endeavour to ensure that your site is optmised from a technical and aesthetic point of view to help with that all important top ranking.
